Location description: Royal Garden Apartments offer 30 luxury serviced apartments in a "B" listed Georgian building located on Queen Street in Edinburgh. The apartments are designed to provide a relaxing and spacious alternative to large impersonal hotels for the business traveller or for weekends away. They are adjacent to 8 acres of private gardens - a haven in the city, and only minutes from Princes Street, the main business district, many of Edinburgh's leading tourist attractions and the new Scottish Parliament. The 30 spacious apartments, a range of one and two bedrooms with 2 superbly equipped penthouse suites with their own private balconies, all offer a comfortable lounge/dining room, fully fitted kitchen and en-suite bathrooms. Each apartment boasts a CD system with Cable TV, spacious workstation, direct dial telephone with privately allocated number, voicemail, modem point and individually controlled central heating. Each kitchen is superbly equipped with electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. We have a laundry area for our guests use. We have a café offering breakfast and light snacks during the day from 7.30 am midweek and from 8.30 am at weekends. Royal Garden Apartments can be reserved like a hotel, for a one night stay, however guests are welcome to stay indefinitely - making them a real "home from home" for a day, a week, a month or a year. |
