| Every business traveller's nightmare is to be told that their high season accommodation on the other side of the world has been double booked and that they have nowhere to stay for the next two weeks. It's worse when the booking agent is not prepared to do anything about it. Fortunately, in Britain, there are people like Kate at J&K Apartments who will step into the breach. Within an hour of hearing our plight, Kate had rung around half of London and found us an alternative apartment. She's a gem and no doubt the reason that this agency is so successful. We'll be using J&K every time we come to UK. |

I am writing to you following our stay in London for Easter weekend, with my family that came to the UK for the first time.
We rented a flat from you at Shaw House, Chesterfield Street, and I am writing on behalf of my family and myself to Thank You.
It was absolutely perfect. The flat was wonderful and the house manager was ever so welcoming.
I apologize for not writing earlier as I was out of the country, but still wanted to underline the professionalism of your services.
I will advise your name to my friends, and customers on a professional side as I work in exports. Next time a customer comes over to stay in the UK, I'll make sure you'll find them an accommodation. |
